- Researched and resolved the benefits, costs, and value of converting a 4 star, 4 diamond independent NH hotel to one of the major hotel brands.
- We have negotiated for three different ownership groups on brand selection, allowing one to sell their land at an impressive return, another to convert their hotel space to apartments, and another that is still thrilled with their flag and the operation of their hotel.
