After researching company, Melan conducts an in-depth strategic overview with the principals of the business. This is a 2–4-hour session focused on “where we want to be, where are we right now, and how do we get there”. Strategic in nature, focused on business results, QA scores, financial, culture, and team strength. Always an eye opening, educational exchange.
Melan Distillation
Melan invests their decades long experience, their current knowledge, and their extensive New England network to consider all solutions possible. This is an intense process where all ideas are considered and modeled to determine the optimum strategic solution.
Presentation
Melan will present ownership with a detailed agreement to address their opportunities. The agreement will include timeline, measurable action steps, and related investment.
Work Diligently
The Melan team, having opened and operated many award winning, profitable hotels, will earnestly work to implement the agreed upon action items, improve morale, as well as provide direction for future success.
